The main mutation strains in the world are British B.1.1.7 and South African 501Y.V2 variants.  We developed a kit that can simultaneous detect the key mutant sites of  N501Y, HV69-70del, E484K as well as the  S gene. It can easily dstinguish British B.1.1.7 and South African 501Y.V2 variants from wild type COVID-19.
