Intended Use

Vibrio Parahemolyticus (also known as Halophile Vibrio Parahemolyticus) is a Gram-negative polymorphic bacillus or Vibrio Parahemolyticus.with acute onset, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea and watery stool as the main clinical symptoms. This kit uses the principle of real-time fluorescent PCR and is suitable for the qualitative detection of Vibrio Parahaemolyticus in food, water samples, feces, vomit, and enrichment fluid. The kit is an ALL-READY PCR SYSTEM(Lyophilized), which contains the DNA amplification enzyme, reaction buffer, specific primers and probes required for fluorescent RT-PCR detection.
